Thank you for visiting my website.
I have designed it to be informative and user friendly.

From this site, you can search all properties currently listed in the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS) and the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS).  I want you to have access to the largest selection of homes available in the region.

Deciding to buy or sell a home can be intimidating, especially when the average person does it so seldom.  When you work with me, I will make the process less worrisome by educating and guiding you through the process. As a licensed Realtor since 2005, I have assisted many people with their real estate needs.

The Difference...

To some Realtors, clients are a commodity.  They get you in, they get you out.  That's not the way I work.

I prefer you take your time and be comfortable with the decision(s) you make.  I point out  your options and let you make the decision. I never want you to feel pressured.

Reality Check...

Buying or Selling a home is a major financial decision.  There can be moments of frustration and concern. While I work hard to minimize the stress involved in your decision making process, the transaction does involve a Buyer and a Seller.  Sometimes one side has unreasonable expectations.  When that happens, it takes a trained professional to work through the process to ensure both parties are content with the result. That's what I do.

My Commitment to you...

I will always place your interests ahead of my own.
I will return all calls in a timely manner and keep you apprised of any activity by regularly communication in your preferred method.
I will provide valuable information to you to help you make informed decisions.
I will oversee all the details of the transaction in order to protect your interests.
I will make real estate my number one career commitment in order to better serve you.
